Campground Rules

 

Seasonal Camping is a minimum of 5 months.  Your season starts the first day you plug your camper in.  If this date is different than May 1st, you must notify management.  After 5 months, you will be charged pro rata for each additional day until your camper is unplugged.  Rent is due each month beginning the first day you plug your camper in, and on that date every month following.  Rent needs to be paid on time.  Seasonal campers are required to keep their lots mowed and trimmed.

Quiet time begins at 10 p.m.   Please be considerate of your neighbors. Do not disturb others.

ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!  NO EXCEPTIONS!  NO EXCUSES!

Four wheelers will be allowed to be driven during daylight hours only.  No riding by anyone after dark.  The speed limit everywhere in the campground is 5 MPH.  Parents! – make sure your children know the rules.

Golf carts may be driven after dark if they have proper lights (no flashlights) and are driven by adults only.  No kids are allowed to drive golf carts after dark.  The speed limit is 5 MPH.  There have been a lot of complaints about kids and golf carts.  Parents! – make sure your children are driving in a safe manner, are not overloading the golf cart and are abiding by the speed limit.

Dogs are to be kept on your lot.  If they are off your lot, they must be on a leash.  They are not to run loose and annoy other campers.  When they poop, you scoop!  There have been a lot of complaints.

Boats are not allowed on the pond after dark.  No one is to be in the water after dark.

Campground paddleboats are to be used respectfully and shared.  Do not let them sit by your campsite.  No diving off them or jumping off them.

Piers my jumped off of, but do not dive off of them.  The water may not be deep enough.

Grey water is not to be released onto the ground.
